You are welcome to join me in meditating at the park!
We will connect with our spiritual side, our spiritual world and meditate through yoga and deep, cleansing breaths. We will contemplate our internal road blocks and release negative energy.
Yoga at the park exercising breathing fresh air will raise our frequency and bring us health and happiness.
We will then move forward in a tension releasing creative dance. We will let our spirit take control through interpretive dance and dance our cares away.
Dancing moms will unite so feel free to dance along side my girls and I.
Raise your frequencies and promote positive energy in nature. Contemplative meditation is thinking about the issues that sit heavy in our hearts and to meditate on each topic separately in order to find an answer, a truth, a light to the issue at hand.
By the end of the contemplative meditation you will either feel free of the confusion and pain of the issue, you will have gained enlightenment on the issue in further knowledge on what you must do with it or why it was placed in this specific time in your journey through life.
We will connect to our Higher Power. Who ever you believe in, this is your time to focus solely on your Divine.
I am connecting with God, The Father, Jesus Christ.
Focusing on giving Him gratitude for all that He has provided for me. You should feel mental and spiritual rejuvenation after this yoga exercise at the park with me today.
Notice how I have my girls tugging at me from time to time. Our children demand a lot of attention and it can seem to be hard to workout, dance, or meditate with our kids around.
But the beauty in a strong mother is finding peace and tranquility in the midst of the chaos.
That is when you have mastered the art of the zen.
Happiness in everything.
Contentment in all that I do.
Life is imperfect.
How beautiful are the imperfections in life.
How beautiful are the imperfections in me … in YOU!
