We will start today off with some yoga in my living room while my daughters play with their toys.
After yoga, we will eat a fruit filled breakfast and sip on our green smoothie which is filled with vitamins and nutrients from herbs such as moringa and spirulina.
We will get dressed up and head to Lake Eola Park at the heart of downtown Orlando where we gaze at the beautiful swans during their swim.
A trip to the playground, a visit to our favorite vegan bakery for lunch and a stop at our local community garden are all in store for this fun filled day.
